Lookie,lookie,lookie! I love snaps!

Here are the snappies I've done so far. The lavender *was* side applix, and it didn't work so well... but now it's usable (and it was my first to snap, sort of a practice.
And... the best part about side snap is that I can get more creative!

I urge everyone to get a snap press if you don't have one. It's so simple to use!

Those are BEAUTIFUL!!!! Snap press.... embroidery.... unique decorative stitches.... why oh why does most of our tax return have to be spoken for already!??!

Oh well, until I can get fancy equipment like that, I'm totally living vicariously through your stash pics, haha!

Do you use a 2nd layer of PUL behind the embroidery?

Yeah, there's a 2nd layer ironed on behind the emroidery. I never used to put anything there... but figure that I should start!

Girl, those look AWESOME! I definitely need to take some diapers down to MIL's to have her do some embroidery. She'd love doing it - she's still impressed with herself at being able to use the fancy computerized sewing machine, since she's usually scared of computers!

I really love the Mickey one too!!! So when are you opening up shop?

And here I thought my own dipes were cutting it in the cuteness department! Your dipes are simply gorgeous -- really!! I'm totally in awe of them ... plus, completely in awe of the fact that you have found time to sew with a little one (I confess to having made only TWO stinkin diapers since Louie was born ... it's terrible!). But, you're totally inspiring me to get on the ball and get more made!!

I saw these as I was waiting for the worksheets for my kids to print off this morning (I'm a supply teacher and am working with a gr 3 class this week... the teacher broke her arm) I didn't have time to post but man, those look FANTASTIC! I really like the cat one but honestly, they are all just gorgeous!

I don't like using snaps but they look so clean on a diaper. I love that you have enough colours to match them to each of the different diapers you made. mostly I'm just coveting all you can do with the embroidery machine.

Really, they're gorgeous! You should be very proud of that stash of yours! Can't wait to see your next creations!

Wow, the embroidery on those dipes is amazing! Makes me want an embroidery machine now, in addition to all the other tools I "have" to have. I have a snap press too, and they're awesome! So addicting, I've been trying to think of other things I can snap with them....
