Make a Medium-Long Very Baby AIO?

I have the VB AIO pattern... it contains templates for x-small, small, medium, and large. I have a medium-long and a large that I bought for DD and the medium-long fits her much better.

My question is... how do I modify the medium template in order to make a medium-long? Do I just add an inch (or more) at the front and/or at the back in length?

Looking for suggestions...

I was told that you add 2 inches in the crotch to make a long.

I knew I should have asked this! I made a medium long pocket fitted VB (from the AIO pattern) to use as a night diaper under our wool and only added an inch. Wish I'd added 2! It's better than adding nothing would have been but it would be better if I had added 2 inches for sure!

Yeah, I added 2" . I found the middle of the diaper, then I added the 2" to the back part of the middle of the crotch... If that makes any sense. I wanted the rise to come up more in the back instead of front, since DS has a milk belly. It worked great and first perfectly!

You need to redraw your leg curves a bit, of course. I just drew part of the back and all of the front (up to the point I cut it), then altered the back leg curve to be somewhere between the original and where it would be if I were to trace it all the way down when moved. You'll see what I mean when you try it.
