Can I find polybraid elastic at local fab store?

I was wondering you I might be able find find the polybraid elastic at Joann's or another fabric store. Or does it have to be something I can only get online like PUL?

You should be able to find it at your local store. I have. The best brand is Stretchrite, which you can find at Wal-Mart in packages and at some fabric stores by the yard. I've bought some that wasn't Stretchrite, though, and it's held up fine.

No you can find it - look for the STRETCHRITE brand, it's the best.

Anyone know if Stretchrite is available in Canada? I've asked at the local fabric stores for polybraid elastic and they look at me like I'm from another planet!
