Labor Index
I have been stalking the labor forecast, and today I am in the orange/red zone up here in Maine. We are also supposed to get a bunch of snow, so it would be a perfect day for a baby (since we don't have to go anywhere). Anyone else stalking intellicast?

I'm in Central CA - looks like right on the border between the light and dark green. It's supposed to be sunny and about 70 today. Today is the full moon - I keep telling baby that it would be a good day to be born - already he(she) isn't listening

Hmm, light green. I'm not feeling optimistic! But yes, I thought today was a full moon! My baby isn't listening either, the stinker.

I'm in the darkest green section in Oregon. That's ok, I didn't feel like it was going to happen today anyway!

For Thursday Seattle is in the dark green, low chance of labor.

Does anyone know what information they use to figure this out? I figure if it shows a low likelyhood I will probably ignore it, but hey if it shows high, why not take it is a possible sign.

Hi there from another Oregonian. I'm in the dark green, too. I already hated living where I do, now I hate it more.

Wow, I am at least light orange today! I'll take it as a sign today, but I can easily discount it completely when I am in the dark green.

I have no idea how they calculate it. I was curious if maybe it had something to do with barometric pressure, because usually it is only orange here when bad weather. But today it is gorgeous, and in the 40's, so I'm stumped...

The whole country is grey and tan today...what's up with that?! My puter must be loading it wrong!

Also tan and grey for me, but earlier when I looked it was the greens and oranges it should be. Well maybe not what it "should" be since I was in the dark green!
