sling rings and slings for back carry for different size parents

hi...new to this forum...as a new babywearer...and loving it!

questions are...

i was given a beautiful handmade sling similar to the over the shoulder baby holder, but without rings. any suggestions on where i can purchase rings to make this sling wearable.


also, my dh and i are looking for a sling that would allow us to carry our dd in a back carry position. he's VERY tall and broad shouldered, while i'm tall, but very small build. any suggestions on a sling/carrier to try?

Not sure what you mean...is it unfinished and you need rings to finish it? www.slingrings.com is the best place for rings.

Are you sure it's not a wrap or rebozo? This is just one long piece of fabric. A wrap can be tied in different ways as a sling or on your back, etc. See more info here: http://www.thebabywearer.com/article...raparounds.htm

As for something that will work for both of you on the back a wrap would be great or a mei tai since they can be worn by different sized adults and very versatile. More info on wearing mei tais here:
