Well the name of the smiley is "whatshesaid" so I am guessing it could be used where this sign is used....but I like the sign a lot better!

It looks like someone pointing up and then laughing so hard they cry! I love it!!! I actually just read something it will fit perfectly in! Funny if you see it this way.
