Is there anything wrong with these foods from a NT standpoint?

peanut butter (homemade from dry roasted peanuts w/sea salt and EVOO added)

oatmeal (how nutritious is it? I soaked it overnight w/yogurt)

canned salmon (I rinse it out to try to remove the added salt)

Hello Caedmyn,

While I am not an expert by any means, I have been on an NT type diet for several years now, and I think most of those things are considered okay. The peanut butter though, is supposed to be only organic, as it is supposedly a heavily sprayed crop. For oatmeal, the book says it is more nutritious to use the steelcut or whole oats ground up, rather than the instant or rolled oats. I don't know about canned salmon...it probably depends on if it is wild or not. And whole wheat pasta I think is considered a no no from an NT standpoint. The book says to avoid wheat pasta and use brown rice and buckwheat noodles instead. Anyway, do you have the book? I hope that helps.
