This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

On the Maya Wrap website, there are instructional videos that you can view. There's one for a back carry. Basically, start off with the rings high up on your shoulder because they will end up in the middle of your chest once you're done. Put your DD in a hip carry. Then, lift and scoot your DD under your arm to your back.

I prefer a MT or wrap for back carries, but I sometimes do it with a ring sling. If I'm doing it with a ring sling, then I start with the rings on top of my shoulder or even just behind it. That is the only way I can get the rings to end up between my breasts and not squishing one
