A quick note to say that our son Lugan Noé was born on Feb 15th, mid-morning, weighing 7lb 3oz and in fine health! I will write up my birth story soon but it all went exactly as I hoped in a country (France) where natural childbirth is fairly non-existant! Great hospital and midwife team that respected all aspects of my birth plan and coached me along better than I could have hoped. 7 1/2 hours of labour start to finish, no pain medication or other intervention!
