Can someone direct me to a website with instructions for soaking grains? I read about it all of hte time here and am all over trying it, but don't know what to do.

I am also interetsed in how to sites on sourdough recipes. Anyone successfully made a ww sourdough bread? I have a low heat grinder and grind my own flour but do use quick rise yeast which I hear is also bad bad bad.

Can't help ya on the grain soaking (I'm new to all of this ) I bought NT hoping it would help me on that. I should get it in the next few days.
But here are some sourdough sites, that I got from this board. I started trying to make a sourdough starter a few days ago, so who knows how it'll go. lol But its pretty easy so far- nothing but flour and water (and time). I've never made bread before- ever. So this is a whole new experience for me.
