I am new on this forum but not new to babywearing. I am a work at home mom of 2 year old twins and I need a good Mei Tai. I have 2 wrap style slings (Didymos, Ellaroo) which are great for around the house and a hip carrier (Hip Panda) which I absolutely love. So here is the problem, I make lots of daily trips to the post office for business and I run around town a lot, making frequent stops. The wrap slings take too long on those cold days (NorthEast weather) and the hip carrier gets in the way when I have to carry boxes, bags and push my other one in the stroller or hold a little hand. I am loving the Ellaroo Mei Tai and Podaegi carriers and I have checked out a few WAHM sites, but I would like suggestions from other moms.
So I would like a back carrier, something comfy with padded shoulders, easy to get on, high quality material and well made....preferably from a WAHM or AP company. So any suggestions would really be appreciated. TIA!

My favourite MT is the Kozy. I'm also loving the Maya Tie although it doesn't have the padded straps that you're looking for.
