Cookie Cutter ideas?

I saw that Chinaberry is now selling the alphabet and Numbers cookie cutters, and feel really tempted to get them, coz dd is starting to get interested in alphabets and counting.
BUT-- what to do with them? I can only think of cutting bread with them, lol! I mean, dd doesn;t eat omelettes, so that's out.... what then??!! Any ideas?? :

Pancakes! I have my mom's old copper cutters. I just butter the inside, place on hot griddle and pour in the batter. Once the batter is set, use tongs to pick up and the pancake should stay on the griddle. Flip the pancake and cook till done. I used to make them for my neices when the stayed over. The loved having their names in pancakes. I would makes up small batches and use food coloring so that each letter was a different color. Lots of fun!
