Yesterday I had a craving for chips and cheese dip (nacho cheese type - I'm sure there's no cheese in it at all

: ) I ate WAY too much of it and then regretted it the rest of the day - now when I see the jar in the fridge it makes me queasy.
I can eat pretty much whatever sounds good at this point, but like I said above I'm regretting some choices

I'm definitly more into milk/milkshakes/ice cream and also fruit juice as opposed to water (usually I drink water almost exclusively). It was the same with my first, but I don't think it hit this early last time.
