Mead Johnson has initiated a voluntary recall of one batch (BMJ19) of Gentlease™ infant formula powder 24 oz can. This product was distributed in the United States and its territories. No other batch of Gentlease or other Mead Johnson products are involved in this recall. Tests conducted by Mead Johnson detected small particles of metal in a portion of this batch.
This recall is dated Feb. 21st, 2006.
