Me too. Nauseous pretty much all the time. And my gag reflex seems to have gone into overdrive, which isn't helping. I have been taking 100mg of B6 daily for almost two years, so I don't know if that's a surefire remedy.

Here are a few things that have helped me a bit:
  • Ginger/honey/lemon tea (just sliced fresh ginger, lemon juice, and a big spoonful of honey, with boiling water poured over)
  • Ginger candies from the chinese market
  • Cream cheese on pretty much any bread product you can think of
  • Cold water at hand all the time
