I need some natural shampoo/conditioner recommendations. I have hair on the dry side and I like stuff that leaves a fresh/pretty smell. Thanks!

Try Terressentials

I used to think I had dry hair. I started with Terressentials Left Coast Lemon Hair Mud b/c it has the most oil ad is good for dry hair. Once I stopped stripping the oils out of my hair with conventional shampoo, my hair was not dry. I switched to the Mint Mud and love it. Do not try if you are going to continue using hairspray, gel, or other conventional hair products.

Hope this helps!

I thought I had fine and dry hair too---and I WAS using Aubrey shampoos and conditioners, which are 100% natural. But I switched to the JR Liggetts shampoo bar for dry/damaged hair and use an apple cider vinegar rinse (1 tbsp per cup of water) and can't believe the difference!! My hair is thicker and shinier and not falling out as much! I also tried the Terressetials mud stuff---but just could NOT get it to work for me! It took forever for the greasy feel to go away, and then it left my hair FULL of flyaway static!! The JR Liggett shampoo bar has much less of a learning curve---and it is 100% natural also!!

I currently the Aubrey Organics shampoo and conditioner. I was having serious nasty hair issues after trying to go organic. My once shiney happy hair was dry and icky. I tried a shampoo bar and vinegar rinse and that was better but wasn't it for me. I got the Aubrey Organics and my shiney happy hair came back!

i just got left coast lemon and mint. Well, I ordered it at least. Shipping may take a bit - the confirmation email said that due to illness thye were running a bit behind.
If this doesnt work out I was planning on buying either Aubrey or Druide.

Jen, PM me if you want, I have an idea that could help & you may be able to help me out too.

I also use a lemon rinse after washing and recently added a drop of jojoba oil to the rinse with very good results (you have to shake it up well before you apply it), here is my recipe:

1c. water
1 to 2 tbs lemon juice
1-2 drops jojoba oil

this would be good in a spray bottle I think, but I just make a 32 oz bottle & cap it with a lid I've put a bunch of holes in, lol.
