I am "making" my first batch of ww sourdough bread. The starter was very active. I kneaded the dough forever but still did not rise very well. The first rise took 5 hours and did not quite double in size. I did the second knead and put it in pans. It has been 1.5 hours and the dough has only risen about 20%. It is not even close to ready. Complicating matters is that I need to leave the house in an hour. I ASSumed the bread would be done in time. What should I do?!?!?! Is there any way to save this bread? Will it ever rise enough or does this mean it is not going to work? If the former, should I just leave it in the oven (being draft free and all) and see what happens? I will be back in three hours. Or should I take it out and put it in the fridge? If I do that, what will I need to do tomorrow when I work it?

It is still flat as can be. Anything I can do with the dough now or should I just pitch it?
