pooockets, fleece, and prefolds question

nak

yesterday, i received both my poopocket pattern and my fern and fairy wool soaker patterns in the mail!

couple questions:
1) i have a lot of fleece left over from previous projects, i'm no sure how much cotton is in them. could i still use them?

2) i have a few 100% cotton prefolds that i purchased from a department store. could I somehow use them for the soaker part of the diaper?

3) if i was to play around with the pattern, and somehow successfully make a diaper using my cloth prefolds and the double fleece outer layer, would this be an all in one, or would i still need the wool soaker?

Most "fleece" that you get at the fabric store is 100% polyester, but you can do a burn test if you're not sure. 100% polyester is good for covers, but you'll might need to do two layers if it's just regular old fleece from Walmart or JoAnns.

Your cotton prefolds should be great for soakers, just make sure you wash them a few times first to shrink and fluff.

Fleece works for a cover for an AIO, you shouldn't need a separate wool cover over it.

Have fun!
