I'm jealous!! I had wonderful dreams of my blissful sleeping daughter in my lap while I read to my older boys and homeschooled them. HA!!!! She doesn't sleep unless she's being held and rarely lets me sit down or she'll scream!! So, we read standing while the boys sit and listen.
My saving grace is that she sleeps at night 5 - 6 hours before waking (of course, it's on me - but that's okay! At least I'm not standing!) and then nurses and sleeps for another 3 - 4 hours.
But I did have one sleeper - my second slept at least 20 hours a day - just like all the books said he would! LOL

Asher is sleeping lots! He has 2 or 3 times a day where he is awake for an hour or two, but other than that he just sleeps and nurses. Sonja was so not a good sleeper that I spent the first day or two worried, now I am just enjoying all this sleep while it is here! It sure makes parenting two much easier.

Ben slept all the time for the first week or so, and is now awake for an hour or two, a few times a day. At night he sleeps for about 2 hours at a time, on occassion up to 3 hours. Once he has eaten and I've changed his diaper, he usually just wants to hang out and look around for a while...then back to sleep for another couple hours.

And I haven't gotten a "good" sleeper yet--I'm thinking we'll stop now since we can't seem to make them any other way but high needs
