[A note about restoration photodiaries - none of them show a photo of a completed
restoration a year or more after the guy has stopped tugging. Constant
tugging causes an accumulation of swelling and edema in the foreskin. It
takes nearly a year after tugging has been completed for the swelling to
completely resolve and for the tissue to remodel at the microscopic level to
yield a nearly perfect natural result.][Note: Ray Payne has addressed this
issue with the Diary Update that he put on his web site. He discusses, and
has photos of his results 2 years after he stopped tugging. You can see
that his new foreskin has slimmed down, but Roy is not the best example.
Others have slimmed even more.]

Paul is restoring by a modified ³pill tube² method. Many have found this
method abrasive on the inner skin and frenulum. Paul's method of cutting a
notch to accommodate the frenulum addresses this problem.
Also, includes the Coverage Index (CI), a series of photos that allow you to
communicate your level of coverage to other restorers using a convenient
numbering system.
