Ridged bands visible in fair foreskin

I was recalling the post of how this one gal saw something that looked like a big vein from her son's foreskin.

So as I was changing my son diaper standing up he had a obivous shown ridge band it could be assumed to be a vein or a lump underneath there to the unseen eye .

This is just information I thought I would add .

That's interesting, my son's foreskin is wrinkly at the end, I assumed that is the ridged band I am seeing. He's so little still, I wouldn't think it would be obvious yet, that maybe it's a part of later sexual development.
