i'm at 10 weeks too with my first and really don't have any kind of belly pooch. i just look like i've gained a few pounds around my waste, but that's about it. so far, if you were to just look at my belly, you would have no idea i was pregnant.

i have heard, though, that with your first, you do not start showing until later.

Goodness no, don't worry! W/my first I didn't show til 5 mos. I'm huge now, but this is actually my 13th pg (3 live births, one m/c at 24 wks, the rest m/c early on), so I'm pretty stretched out, too!

Same here. I didn't show AT ALL until 5-6 months. But this time around.. well... I will post a pic tomorrow.

Mine is totally pudgy but I guess I just disguised it well (aka, I cut my ass out of the pic). I'm definitely a plus-sized girl (before pregnancy I was wearing a sz 20).

Yeah I have a major spare tire but since it's from the side, you don't really get that impression from this pic. But check out all my tiger stripes!

Well i think it is just the way the picture came out but i consider myself quite large.I weigh 175 now and normally weigh around 150 if i can get 2 years between kids.That is how long it takes me to lose baby weight.I was 230lbs the day i birthed my last babe and went to 210 after she was out.Now she is 12 months old and i am down to 175.I always gain around 60lbs with girls and then 40 with my boy.I am going to try hard to stay at 200 this time because i was really,really uncomfortable when i was birthing this last time.The water gain in my legs and all the swelling made walking around and squatting difficult.So this time i vow to stay fairly in shape

Well, I am 175 and 5'3" so I would definitly not consider myself skinny and yes, there is a spare tire there, but it's more around the love handle area and so you can't see it all. oh well...

I have the same thing: spare tire on my love handles. I HATE that. I have no hips (never developed them; I have pituitary dwarfism) so it gives me this effect like I've got my underwear on three sizes too tight even when I'm naked.
I've been trying to find exercises just to target those lovehandles. I want those GONE.

Wow - those are great baby bellies! I can't believe how well some of us are already showing. I have a puffy belly - but would say that it is more belly than baby right now. Interesting thing - I only gained 5 pounds in the first trimester with DS - and though I eventually gained 35 pounds, it took months. This time I'm gaining weight right away (and I'm eating the same). Hmmm...wonder if it is a different gender?

I sure hope the scar by my belly button fades.
When I miscarried in December- they thought it was ectopic- and did a laproscopy (or whatever it's called) thru my belly button...only to discover that they needed to remove my tube that was imbedded into surrounding tissue from a previous ectopic. So they ended up doing a bikini-line insision as well to take out the tube. At least nobody but DH sees that scar. (Incidently...it wasn't ectopic...but I ended up miscarrying)

I love the preggo bellies and can't wait for mine to pop. This is my second & I'm nearly 12 weeks but just a tiny belly so far.
