I just cut all the fabric for a pouch half the original size. What was I thinking! It needed to be two pieces for 23 inch x 31 inches. I cut it 31, but when I went to do the other, I cut it 11 1/2, to make 23, instead of 23 inches and then cut the end of the fold. ARG! I hate waste!
