Elimination diet questions

I've been off dairy for 2 weeks now and Samara's excema hasn't improved at all. It's actually gotten a little bit worse. So, I'm wondering if it actually is the dairy or something else.

I'm thinking about elminating eggs, soy, fish, nuts, and wheat. Am I missing anything?

It seems like there's not much left to eat once you elimate ALL of those things. What DO you eat? Other than the obvious fruits and vegetables.

it is hard, and it will make you crabby for a few days.

you star backwards by only eating the following:
turkey, lamb, potatoes (white and sweet), squashes, rice and rice products, pears, apples.

i found spinach carrots, lettuce, and cucumber to be safe, and oatmeal w/ maple syrup.

Here is what you end up eating:

breakfast:
rice dream with rice cereal. I like "nutty rice" best. and turkey sausage
or oatmeal(rolled oats, not steal cut) with maple syrup and apples

lunch:
turkey over lettuce, with pear and carrots cucumber, olive oil, rice vinegar, salt and pepper

snack:
rice cake with apple or pear butter
or Nana's gluten free lemon cookie

dinner
lambchop withbaked potato grilled zucchinni

apple or pear for dessert.

then slowly add back in a new item at one meal, wait a few days for a reaction. INtorduce it again, decide if it was causing problem.

Whole foods sells those nana's cookies and nutty rice cereal and all sorts of rice products, but I haven't found a decent rice bread.

I have added back in salmon, chicken, chocolate, citrus, but that is it.
