4th Trimester Swap - Page 7

Whee!!! We got diapers from Kristin too! FMBG dragons, Bunny Hugs pandas and unlabeled sushi. {Dumb question: are these AIOs? Are these fleece covers? Do they need an add'l cover?} The sitter watches E for 4 hours tomorrow, so they'll get tested out!

Shana, I'm so glad the soaker is working for you. I see now that your ds is a full 5 weeks younger than Elliot, so that's probably much of the difference. We also put toddler prefolds on him, probably skewing my perception.

to Aubin and Rachel...

Please don't hate me but I just got your packages out today : ... sewing errors and a complete breakdown (um, in my memory.. and just getting on task this week) led to that. I did get DC#s though... um.. but they're upstairs. I'll post them tomorrow maybe.

(oh, and Rachel... I completely spaced out putting the letter I wrote into the package, so it's taped onto the back of the envelope under the green construction paper... in case you're wondering what a square of green construction paper is doing on the envelope ... yep.. it's been That Kind Of A Week!!!! ... oh... and I didn't get the best presentation with them either... we're completely out of bigger envelopes and Lucy was not cooperating in the mailing area, so we went compact and just used envelopes I found at home... gosh... I need to get more on the ball! just when I thought we were finally 'figuring things out' and getting on a routine... bah... anyway.....

oh, and Aubin, I guess DC isn't an option when mailing to Canada? at least that's what the lady at the PO told me? but I did pick the air mail route, so it shouldn't be too long!)

ooh... and aubin... wash and dry on hot first (I think I forgot to put that in the note... see... I'm terrible today!)

Rach sent me a great package - a book on career changes for lawyers, and soem baseball cards which were beyond needed, as they are what we're using to reward DS for using the potty. Thanks!

Spark, take your time. We've been sick too.

I was about to send out the search party for you. You went without posting for a really long time and I was starting to worry!
got your diapers judybean! love them! they are gorgeous! thank you and thanks for the letter! i did see it but wouldnt have if you hadnt given me a warning!
i love getting pkgs in the mail. oh...and can yo ubelieve, teh pocket and AIO are almost too small!!!
dang! I was hoping they wouldn't be.... but I was a bit concerned.... (the rise *is* supposed to sit a bit lower with those pockets... but if it's the waist, well, that can't be helped!)

do you want me to make you the next bigger size then? because i'd hate to have given you something you'll get no use out of!!

(ooh... and did I mention in the note to wash and dry on hot before using? That will seal up any needle holes that might still exist... I wouldn't want you to think I make seives as opposed to diapers )

Oh, gosh, no rescue party needed. Just end of the semester combined with sickness and a bit of travel, too. It's like a triple whammy!

Thank you for being so incredibly patient!

Oh oh oh! So let me tell you what the Amazing Wendy and the Awesome Desiree sent! Wow! SO SO SO cool!

Wendy wowed me with this really sweet knit bunny she made! Wow! That's awesome! Joie just adores it! And, then some hair clips for CC, some GOOD chocolate, and some other GREAT goodies!

Desiree - I'm in love wth you! Brand new Fuzzi Bunz, chocolate, a wipe bag she made herself (LOVE THAT!), a really cute swim suit, oh my goodness and so much more. You totally spoiled me, woman!
