Actually it's two. #1. I have only one tooth that has a root canal. I never finished the process due to lack of funds. So it never had the final cap put on. Just the drill out and the filling. Since then the entire back of the tooth has broken. What should I do? Originally they wanted to put in a bridge after the cap was put on,because I had to have a tooth pulled for a bad root canal that cracked the tooth. So if I just pull it, I will have lost both back teeth on one side.
Question #2. Dh has all but three teeth filled. Yes I did say three. Can we even begin to clean up his mouth or are we destined for altzeimer's(sp?) His fillings are huge! His dentist calls his teeth "eggshells" because of how little tooth is left. The crazy thing is his teeth are clean. the last few visits haven't even cleaned. He has the best teeth of his patient's but always a filling. I have watched them fill his teeth and the doc. truly scoops out mush! I know it his inherited. His mom and dad have bad teeth. We are doing good with our dcs,but what can be done for him?
