Fit/Sizinge got the medium and it fits both my 6'2" husband and my 5'2" self well (though it can be a challenge to pull it tight enough for me with a newborn--I expect it will be even better with an older baby)

Performance:Quick to put on, feels secure with my tiny baby in it. Not terribly comfortable for long trips.

Workmomship:Very nice--I got it in Midnight Garden and the fabric is so soft and beautiful that I wish I had clothes made of it!

Customer Service/Communication: Quick shipping, all the way from Canada!

How long have you used this product? About 6 months total between the 2 kids

Fit/Sizing: medium. Fits perfect, even though I'm petite

Performance: Always performs great. I've used it as a pouch and as a front carrier, w/ a newborn and a heavier older baby.

Workmomship: Perfect, no defects
