ok, i think i'm at that "omg, just be born already" point.... i know many of you have been there for a while.... so, i thought i'd start a thread where we can just post tiny little gripes......

here's mine for today: baby, I love you, and i am so glad you are so low and ready to come out, but if you could just shift a tiny bit so the preasure on my poor bottom would be a little less.... it would be most pleasurable for mommy. xoxox

I went out today to get something to fix the garage door. And while I was walking up and down hills from parking 6 blocks away from the store, I decided to stop at a yummy curry restaurant. I ordered some yummy curry and had the hardest time eating it cause the tables were so low. I felt like was doing yoga to eat my meal. I've never had the experience before where tummy hits my legs and my breasts at the same time.

I got my meal to go after a while of trying.

Baby I love you and I am SO thankful you are healthy and active. Please just turn head down and STAY THERE for more than 12 hours and stop freaking mommy out. PLEASE? I don't care how low you go, just drop that head right down. I'll take butt pain, sciatic nerve pain, feeling like a bowling ball is between my legs, all of it, I just can't deal with feeling your little head in my ribcage and your little feet kicking my cervix brings back flashbacks that freak me out like you have NO idea.

I will talk to my body since it's not really the baby that I am complaining about...

Body will you just loosen up! LOL There is no need to have high blood pressure, or any of the other symptoms you are giving me. Just let the baby stay in there a few more weeks (3 1/2 to be exact) and then you will have yourself back (I posted about this in the Updates if interested)

Dear little bean,

Mama really is starting to feel guilty about all the toilet paper she's using. If you could just stop bouncing on my bladder a bit, that'd be greeeeeat.

And while we're at it, if you don't mind, that whole rolling over thing that you're doing lately? It hurts like mad. Can you just sort of slow it down a wee bit? You know, like Mama does when she has to roll out of bed to pee a hundred times every night? Nice and slow...not so...jabby. Thanks!

Oh, and while we're chatting, let's have labor be as nice for Mama as it will be for you. Warm, consistent hugs, no pain, soft lights and a breath of fresh air.

Thanks and love you bunches!
-Mama

PS. Please don't be allergic to chocolate after you're born. It's been bad enough I had to go off my meds while pregnant. If I can't have chocolate while we're nursing, I'll lose it.

I just want to sleep without sounding like Chewbacca. I wake myself up less when I wear those Breathe Right strips, but geez, I woke up this morning snorting! Isn't that oh so feminine and sexy? Luckily my sweet DH doesn't care - he will sleep right through it,

Stop snoring already, body. zz

To the baby: turn your little body around so that you will not give me back labor, please? Mommy will be most happy if you do.

I hate that I can actually hear myself starting to snore when I'm falling asleep.

I walk like an old lady.

Yes, Luke, can you just move a smidge off Mommy's tailbone? Please....

Dear Bradley,

Mamma would love to hold you, but you need to stop trying to be born before Monday or Dr. Klamet will be mad. He says you need to stay in until then or you have to be shipped to Dayton and mommy can't handle being so far away. Also if you could get off of my tail bone or whatever it is that feels like its going to break back there, I'd be really grateful.

Love Forever,

Mommy

Dear Andy,

Your dad, big brother, and I can't wait to meet you. Please come out on Saturday, March 26, which is 37 weeks exactly. I will not leave your side for weeks and will let you nurse constantly, I promise!
