I am 34 weeks and have been having really painful bh to the point where I have to focus and breathe until they pass. Today i must have had around 10 or 15 of them and they are triggered when I turn in bed or get up or sit down or practically any change in action if you know what I mean.
: This is my fourth baby so I have had bhs before but never this strong - I know they aren't real labor pains but why are they sooo strong. Plus them, I have had really bad lower back pain for the past couple of days to the point where I can't sleep and am irritated all nite...lolol I couldn't sleep anyway but this is much worse. Oooh another thing, most every time I had one I was sent to the bathroom with not diarrhea but looser stools than usual. Its almost like a stomach bug or something but the bh happens first then i get the cramping in the stomach and I gotta run to the bathroom.
I thought maybe it was over exertion but I have been resting and seems that they are still coming...any thoughts? I wish I could check my own cervix to see whats going on down there but I haven't a clue how to do it or if I would be able to get my fingers in far enough

:

and when I roll over in bed too fast. My mw thought that if I was pushing on the toilet I could be pushing the baby down too and that might cause it, but yesterday I had one when I was standing up and fully clothed so I KNOW I wasn't pushing. It's so good to hear about these symptoms from other pg women when the mws act like they've never heard of them before.
