Too early for Braxton_hicks?

Hello,

I am often a lurker but rarely post but today I'm worried. I'm 13.5 weeks pregnant with our second baby. Yesterday and today (and one day a week ago) I've been feeling my uterus tighten, usually when I'm standing. It doesn't come and go but just stays tight. Then I'm having the occasional BH at other times and the occasional mild cramping. I have a call into my midwife, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this.

I did! I had that happen from about 14 weeks on. I had a beautiful baby at 38 weeks, no problems. If you're concerned, rest rest rest and push TONS of fluids!

I felt them really early this time (2nd pregnancy). Even in the first trimester. I wouldn't worry. I've heard of lots of people feeling them really early in subsequent pregnancies. MY guess is that we know what they are, and notice even the mild ones since we've felt them before. Kind of like feeling kicks earlier in subsequent pregnancies.
