Hello all!

Thank you all for the warm welcome and best wishes! I am relieved people like Estella's name, it was hard to come up with. lol We're doing fine, just a little tired and dealing with some neediness/clinginess from Erik. Estella is very calm so far and is a pretty easy baby. Just nurses and sleeps! I hesitate to say it too loudly. lol

Here are some pics from right after birth and when she was checked by the midwife and a pic of our little man with the necklace his friend made.

Oh my, she looks so tiny!

Yet when I convert her measurements to inches and pounds, she's bigger than my daughter was at birth. Yikes, it's amazing how the mind goes!

Glad she's taking it easy on you for these first few days. Beautiful and considerate, what more could you want? LOL
