Not my month

I just got a visit from the infamous AF. Rats. Oh well. I would have been shocked if she didn't arrive.

I am going to start charting for this cycle. Is today CD1 or is tomorrow CD1? I got AF at 4:30 PM. I am braving the snow piled streets to get a basal thermometer later today and will start temping tomorrow. If tomorrow is CD2, will I still get a good sense of what's going on in my cycle? I'm new to this charting thing.

The day bleeding begins is CD1. Starting your chart tomorrow is fine--there's plenty of time to establish your baseline temp before O. Good luck!

Sorry to hear it. I know how much of a bummer it is. CD 1 is the first day of red blood. If you just spotted today - then got red flow tomorrow - that would be cycle day one.
