how soon to HPT test w/ Babywishes?

Does anyone know how soon you can use HPT Babywishes test after getting pregnant? My ob/gyn will also be putting me on Prometrium as of tomorrow morning. Will this affect the test?

Never heard of Babywishes so I don't know that part!

But Prometrium will not affect any HPT results. It may delay your period though so test before getting excited if AF is late
