Ruth,
The only thing I know is that last month I went through a 'scare' and had a lot of similar symptoms to what you describe, but AF showed up on time. (Nausea, cramps when I don't usually get them, cervix high and soft) I've never been pg, so I don't really know what true symptoms are like.

Ruthla,

I certainly think the herbs could be causing the cramping--I assume that you would have bad cramping if you were PG and the herbs were ending that, therefore they would make you cramp even if you weren't PG ?!

Cervix position doesn't really tell you much. It should be low during AF, but when it drops is different for everyone. Same thing goes for PG. When PG it should be very high, in some women it is high before they miss a period, in some it doesn't get high until after a missed AF.

I know how stressful PG scares can be. I hope AF comes soon!

Ruthla- I went through this last month, but decided against using herbs, and it turned out ok. I'm with mamato2boys, I think the herbs would cause cramping. I know this is hard to do but try and relax, the stress combined with the herbs is prob just making your body be a little wacky.

Ruth!! That can be so scary. I had a little scare in January and I was so freaked out. The funny thing was though, once af showed up, I was a teeny bit disappointed

I hope you feel better soon!!

Hello! A long time ago, I was CTA, and then I sabotaged myself. At any rate, I had a beautiful baby girl four weeks ago, and because she is my only nursling, I've started taking my temperature again. I'm one of the 2% of women who *will* menstruate and ovulate even while engaging in ecological breastfeeding, cosleeping, etc. I anticipate getting my period again within the next month.

I was wondering-- is there a site which does all the hard work online (like Fertility Friend) but which is actually aimed at avoiding pregnancy?

Glad to hear you're not pg, and hope the cyst is a nothing sort of deal. Scares are the pits, I feel like I have one scare a month. Guess I'm just easily frightened!

I got my period today. phew!!!

I also bought a basal thermometer, so I can chart more accurately, and hopefully avoid a similar emotional mess in the future!
