Last Diva Question-I swear!

Thread Starter
How do YOU clean your Diva? How often?

I'm concerned about using a soap that will leave a residue (because of where this thing goes)
But not too excited about the idea of buying the wash. Not sure what's in it, want to use something I already own. KWIM?

Dr. Bronners Peppermint?
Dove?
Baking soda and vinegar?

TIA

I use a natural liquid hand soap (nothing antibacterial or any crazy perfumes). I wash it before bed and after I get up in the morning. I use a toothbrush to scrub it nice and clean. It eventually changes colour though, no matter how often you clean it, if you're using only soap.

I just use plain old Softsoap and rinse it very well with very hot water. ive been using it for months now and have never had a problem. good luck!

it's been so long since i used it i can't remember exactly but i think i:

-rinsed it out every time i emptied it, i used the force of the water to clean the little holes
-washed it with baby soap in the shower in the morning
-boiled it for a couple minutes once my period was over

I use plain water between uses (ie, take it out, dump in toilet, rinse thoroughly, re-insert.) At the end of the month I wash it with baking soda and rinse well. Sometimes I wash it with baking soda more frequently if I feel like changing it in the shower (I keep baking soda in there for hair washing.)

I just rinse out between uses, but at the end of my cycle I just boil some water and drop it into it (off the stove) for a couple of minutes to sterilize it.
