No bmilk before GA?

Dd will have GA to fix her teeth. THe procedure is scheduled at 10:30AM. The doctor told us no food 6 hours prior to it, she is only allowed an apple juice 3 hours prior. Would you still nurse up to 3 hours before the GA? This is important because if I don't nurse her 6 hours before GA it means since 4AM, no way she will sleep at all.

I believe breast milk is considered clear liquid If she can have apple juice she can have breastmilk.

Yes, breastmilk is considered a clear liquid so she can have it along with apple juice or water.
