or anything else without your consent at the hospital while your baby is in the nursery or NICU when you aren't there.

I would be so outrage at this.

I would be upset, however, in order for any picture to be used (legally) the parent must sign a waiver, allowing the picture or film.

it really depends on the situation. If my baby was in the nursery and someone elses was to and they wanted to video the baby in there and my baby just happened to get in the picture then i have no problem at all with it. Now if someone was deliberatly taping my baby or taking picuters to use for whatever reason that would really upset me.
