HB2376 passed the AZ Senate this afternoon. On to the Governor!!!

woohooo!!!! Do you know anything about where the gov. stands on the bill? I can't imagine that she'd veto at this point.

I was wondering the same thing to.
I know the one article I read said the govenor wouldn't comment until the bill was there for her. I'm assuming that is just normal procedure??

I doubt she will veto it. First of all with the huge tribe that has been supporting the Bill I doubt anyone would want to lose that following. And really considering how many other states have similar legislation it would just be foolish to mess with it.

It exempts the act of breastfeeding from the indecent exposure statute, and give protection to women to breastfeed anywhere in public they are otherwise legally allowed to be. Pretty good!

That is sooo wonderful. What EXCELLENT news. Is there a list I am missing somewhere that tells which states have this clause and which ones don't?
