I just made a fleece cover. I used two layers of fleece and one inner layer of a fabric that is used for drapes that has a vinal layer on one side. My question is, do I need POE for it not to leak? Can you make a fleece cover w/o it because it has the water proof liner inside? I am new at making the covers.
