Congrats! You labor like my mom and grandma...slow to get to 4/5, then the rest happens VERY quickly. It's amazing how many different ways there are to labor.

Ok, I've hit prodromal land. :

I started having mild cntx last night about 10 min apart, and that lasted for hours until I went to bed. I'm not sure if they slowed down as soon as I was in bed or if not all of them woke me up, but they're gone now. They were the first sign I had of anything happening, and I want them back! 3 days post EDD now.

Today is me EDD, my favorite midwife is on call, and I'm having...not much of anything. I tend to start my mornings optimistic and by noon decide, "well, not today I guess." My labor with dd was somewhat long and was then rushed along by an anxious OB, so I am expecting this labor to be 12+ hours.
Saturday night I had contractions every 10 minutes for ~5 hours; I went to bed and had a few wake me up, but by morning nothing but sporadic BH. My 12 weeks of maternity leave starts today (I spent last week on "vacation") and I'd like to spend as much of it with a baby rather than pregnant.
I shouldn't complain, I really don't feel that uncomfortable, but it is hot here and I feel stuck inside. I have a sneaking suspicion that this babe may be trying to make it to June!
Take care all you mamas who are still waiting...someday these babies will let us meet them!
