My suggestionsOk, I don't know if you have any food allergies or issues, but here were things my super-picky DS1 would eat:
tofu cubes (cooked or not)
steamed carrot sticks
hot dogs (cut up into small pieces)
grilled chicken (cut up into small pieces)
oatmeal (esp. mixed w/ applesauce)
muffins (I make whole grain w/ okara so they're super high in protein and other good stuff)
You can also try various dips for fruits and veggies. My DS and DH do not like hummus or ranch or anything else, but I know lots and lots of kids who do!
