DD got her bottom teeth at 5 months. Now she is 8 months and seems to be trying to get the top 2 teeth. I've noticed that her gum is swollen as usual and white, but underneath it has yellowish-brown spots on it. Is this usual for the top teeth, or is it infected? I haven't noticed the split in the gum that I noticed with the bottom two. Thanks ahead of time.
