So, I am trying to shift from white rice to brown, because I have this vague idea it is healthier for my family. And we eat rice a couple times a week, usually, so making it healthier would be great. But, uhm, why? I compared the labels in the store and the only difference I noticed was that the brown rice has more fat than the white. So far, I'm not seeing the healthy. Some one, tell me what I am missing, please!
