What could I do with PUL scraps?

I'm ending up with some PUL scraps...not any really big pieces, but I hate to just throw it away. Is there something I could be making with them?

Save them up and make a patchwork rain coat

Make a patchwork cover or a patchwork AIO. I have seen a mama do this recently with great (non-leaky) results. Make mama pads.

I made a couple of "dribble" bibs for DD when she was a few months old and drooling so much that she was soaking the front of her clothes. I put flannel on the front and PUL on the back.

Make breast pads! Mama pads!

I was thinking of using mine for a patchwork wet bag.

I was thinking that maybe I'd like a wetbag, too. Are there patterns out there for that? Is patchwork hard? I've never made quilts or anything...
