hi ladies, i think that my kefir grains are likely dead, but figured i would ask before i threw them out.
they have been in a mason jar of milk for about 3-4 months in the back of my fridge. the "fluid" they are in looks like whey and cream cheese.
i should likely chuck em and start over right?
