alternatives for mildew in grout

Hi,
I'm pregnant and cleaning our nearly empty rental home to turn over the keys next week. I need any suggestions for getting mildew out of the bathroom tile grout and bathtub calking. I have already put baking soda to the test and it did a "start" but not further. I've always ended up resorting to comet/bleach based products, but the smell bothers me and I'd really like to avoid it. Is there something natural that can "bleach" the grout back to white? Bon Ami? What about Oxy Clean? I have those, so I'm willing/able to try them and they're milder cleaners. I really want to avoid real bleach. I can't put the grout out in the sun ...

try mixing some baking soda with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide to make a past and use a old toothbrush to apply

I clean with a 50-50 mix of water and vinegar. It gets everything clean. I use a scrub brush in the shower since it's hard to reach the grout.

I haven't yet tried it myself, but I heard Coca Cola works for cleaning tile grout.
