how do you know if you have amalgam fillings?

are all silver fillings amalgam? are all white fillings not amalgam?

just hearing of this, and wondering about the filling my husband got last year. since it was his first he got a white filling so it wouldn't show. i'm also wondering about my 18yo sister who has alot of fillings (not sure what kind) and a root canal and has just found out that she was rhuematoid arthritis.

just found out my sister has two porcelain inlays from the root canal and one white filling.

Root canals can have mercury.

Enzymes especially proteases like bromelain and papain from pineapple and papaya. Taken between meals is most effective but if there is any digestive issues present (or leaky gut), an all around enzyme product during meals with help as well since this can contribute to inflammation throughout the body including allergies.
