We are thrilled to announce the speedy arrival of Aiden Grey. He was due on April 24th and actually came on April 11th at 1:59 am. After about 30 contractions and two pushes, he came out pink, squalling and very clean. I had a long (but shallow) tear.
We had wanted to have him at home and are really happy that we were able to - our midwife even made it in time, with about 15 minutes to spare.
He's a happy, easy, lovely baby (we aren't biased or anything though). His brothers were surprised to meet him, as they didn't know he had come in the night (my husband says I only made one groan). "That's a lot of boys" was the comment from DS #2.
