Anyone use wovens with Cuddlebuns pattern?

I have a lot of diaper flannel and just bought the CB pattern. Apparently I'm supposed to use knits, but I'm not in a position to buy more fabric. So...how much do wovens really effect the onesizeness?

I think if you just go ahead and extend the wings by about an inch (I think that's what they recommend in the pattern) you will be fine.

I've used flannel with the Cuddlebuns diapers without incident. I think if anything you could add a little length to the tabs like JunebugsMom suggested - but other than that you should be fine.

And you find the woven CB fits toddlers just fine?
