Hi all I am 34.5 weeks pg and have had a terrible cold. Coughing sneezing etc all give me this pulling feeling on my cesarian scar. etc Sometimes I also feel this when getting up off the floor. Has anyone had this experience? My c-section was 28 months ago.

Yes, I was aware of my c-sec scar at the end of my second pregnancy. Since AF has come back, I become tender around my scar area whwn I have my period. BTW, I did VBAC ds#2, so all the scarring happened w/ ds#1.

Yes, I had this too, especially when sneezing and coughing. It really hurt, and I would have to press hard on the area until it subsided. It was near my cesarean scar, but my midwife assured me that it was just ligament stretching, which is normal in any pregnancy. I, of course, was worried I would rupture.
Anyway, all was fine, and I had a homebirth VBAC this summer, no problem. I had a huge baby, a 12 pounder, and my scar, or that pain, was not present during labor, and all went well.
Hope that is reassuring to you.
Joanna
